with to lead front-to-back business process design and analysis for global energy trading clients.

Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements across front, middle, and back officeTranslate needs into functional Endur configurations and workflowsLead workshops, support testing, and ensure delivery aligns with trading operationsCollaborate with dev teams and client stakeholdersRequirements:5+ years as an Endur BA in energy/commodity tradingStrong understanding of the trade lifecycle and Endur modules (TM, SM, RiskPak)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in Oil and Gas products - physical or financialPlease apply with an up to date CV to register your interest.
