At NPP, we are currently working with one of our market leading clients who are seeking an Industrial Electrical Supervisor to take the lead on a variety of small works projects across a site within the food and beverage manufacturing sector (other process industries such as pharmaceutical or automotive will also be considered). This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to progress towards an Operations Manager role. You will be responsible for delivering electrical installation projects valued around £15k £35k, managing a small on-site team (typically around 5 engineers) while being part of a larger team of up to 65 on site. What you ll be doing: Overseeing electrical installations in an industrial environment (food manufacturing experience highly desirable) Quoting and delivering small works projects typically valued up to £25 £35k Building strong working relationships with client Project Managers Preparing detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Planning and managing small projects to tight timescales Auditing ongoing works to ensure compliance with SHEQ standards Selecting and ordering materials and hire equipment Arranging suitable labour for each project
