Key Responsibilities:Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and tools on site.Prepare and clear sites, ensuring a safe and tidy working environment.Operate basic tools and equipment, as required.Follow instructions from site supervisors and work effectively within a team.Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.Assist in general construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Essential Skills and Requirements:Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable but not essential.Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.A proactive and reliable attitude.Ability to follow health and safety regulations and procedures.Own transport to commute to and from the worksite (if required).
