Salary:15 -17-per hour depending on experience

Hours:-Days -7-4 (half day Friday)

Actio Recruitment are seeking a CNC Turner for a client based in Walsall-who are a well-established precision engineering company-specialising in high-quality subcontract machining solutions for various industries.

Role Overview:

They are seeking a CNC Setter/Operator-Turner with expertise in Fanuc to join their-team. The successful candidate will be responsible for-setting, and operating CNC lathes to manufacture precision components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting, and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls.
• Minimum 5 years relevant Fanuc experience.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Must have C-axis experience
• Able to read/understand fanuc programs advantageous.
• Conversant with cutting tool philosophies and techniques.
• Must have knowledge of processes and tooling for machining of high temperature alloys.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner-in a precision engineering environment.
• Ability to set up and reset machines multiple times per day.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
• A proactive and reliable work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously.
