Your primary mission will be to connect with potential clients, understand their energy needs, and provide tailored solutions that deliver real value.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate outbound calls to prospective business clients with the primary goal of introducing our services to meet their needsProactively identify and cultivate leads utilising data provided by the business, in addition to developing a network of prospective clientsIdentify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning, and promote suitable energy solutions that align with their requirements, ultimately providing them with valuable recommendations and insightsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by engaging in effective communication that fosters trust and openness, ensuring that their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and professionallyWork diligently towards achieving and exceeding established sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to drive revenue growthProvide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring that each interaction is a positive experience for the client while guiding them seamlessly from initial contact through to the final sale and beyondThorough training will be offered to equip you for success in this dynamic position.Experience in a telesales roleProven expertise in initiating B2B cold calling efforts and generating own leads, while sustaining a high level of motivationCapable of executing the entire 360-degree sales process, from initial prospecting to successful closingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work towards target-driven goalsProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systemsA positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the companySalary up to £30,000 per annumUncapped Commission based Bonus Scheme (OTE £40 - £60K)Ongoing training and development including extensive 1:1 coaching and group sessions25 days holiday plus bank holidays on top – with the opportunity to buy and sell holidaysPaid Birthday LeaveEmployee Assistance Programme – with 24/7 access to a Remote GPCycle to Work Scheme and Tech SchemePension SchemeLife assurance coverUtility Bidder is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
