Senior employment lawyer supporting a multinational financial services company on contentious and non-contentious matters across Europe and Asia-Pacific, including employment laws, hiring, immigration, compensation, benefits, workforce reductions, privacy, disability insurance, and human rights.Generalist employment lawyer in a social technology company supporting advisory and litigation teams on absences, performance reviews, reorganisations, and redundancies.Senior employment lawyer supporting a global financial institution on investigations including whistleblowing.Mid-level employment lawyer advising on cross-border employment issues within a media conglomerate.Senior employment lawyer advising on a global HR project for a key client.Interim Head of Employment managing employment litigation, policies, people strategy, risk management, MandA, and compliance in a financial services context.Our criteria

Minimum of four years'' post-qualification experience at a top-tier employment law firm.Preferably in-house experience at a leading financial or corporate institution.Proactive in career development and networking.Understanding of the unique aspects of legal consulting versus permanent roles.Transparent, open communication style.Professional, flexible, and adaptable approach.Ability to transition effectively into new environments and deliver excellent client service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Resilient, autonomous, with good commercial acumen.Proven project management skills.Practising certificate (or equivalent) to practise law in the UK.Note:
