Role Overview:

• Teach engaging and well-planned Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for KS5 in some schools

• Deliver subject-specialist teaching in Biology, Chemistry or Physics, according to your expertise

• Foster analytical thinking, scientific literacy, and a love for experimentation through hands-on learning

• Utilise diverse teaching strategies and up-to-date resources to support a range of learner needs

• Track student progress through effective assessment and provide constructive feedback to enhance outcomes

• Contribute to the development of an inspiring and inclusive Science curriculum

• Get involved in extracurricular enrichment such as science fairs, clubs, and STEM outreach initiatives

What We''re Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Confident subject knowledge and curriculum understanding in Science

• Creative and adaptable teaching style that supports students of varying abilities

• Strong classroom presence with excellent communication and organisational skills

• Passionate about promoting STEM learning and raising student aspirations

• Eager to be part of a collaborative and ambitious department

• Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers looking for a new challenge
