Our Talent Acquisition and Development (TAandD) team provides the most effective and efficient solutions for Talent Attraction, Selection and Assessment, Performance Management and Development for BGC Group including all associated entities, across all levels of the firm. The role sits within a six-person in-house TAandD team; under the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Development.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the EMEA Early Careers and Talent Development Senior ManagerAssist with Early Careers suite of programmes, coordinating interviews with candidates and the business, scheduling early career eventsMaintaining Early Careers tracking for each role and candidates in process, providing reports and statistics • Provide support to the Junior Talent Development Business Partner and be responsible for all aspects of the learning and development administrationAdmin responsibility for e-learning and in person training workshopsSupport logistics for delivering training workshops across multiple sitesAdmin support with the learning management system and ensure accurate records are held to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.Support MI for quarterly reporting for the TAandD book of workSupport with correct communications for employees, managers and providers are maintained for training requestsAct as support contact for queries for group/regional Talent development and Early Career programmesBe the administrative first point of contact for the wider TAandD team

Skills / experience required:

Excellent administration and IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel (desirable)Strong communication skillsExcellent planning and organization skillsCapable of multi-tasking and being agile

Problem solving - proven ability to take complex requirements and translate these into tangible, workable solutions leveraging best practice tools and techniquesAnalytical - ability to understand and respond to problems, draw and present the right insight and recommendations effectivelyProven ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment, collaborate effectively with broader HR teams and galvanise support for projects, bringing people together to deliverHigh levels of self-awareness and committed to personal development with a growth mindsetCreativity - enjoyment from developing projects and initiatives

Desirable:Any relevant HR qualificationsCIPD/BPS Psychometric certification is desirable, but not essential
