As a leader in fresh, innovative food production they are committed to continuous improvement, ensuring excellence in every aspect of their operations.Job Role and Key ResponsibilitiesJoin a fast-paced food manufacturing team as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, focusing on mechanical maintenance to keep production and packaging lines running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain conveyors, packing lines, and production machineryDiagnose and repair mechanical faults (pumps, gearboxes, bearings, valves)Perform basic electrical fault-finding and minor repairsDeliver planned and reactive maintenance efficientlyWork in a clean, temperature-controlled (12 C) environmentEnsure safety and quality standards are upheld under pressureThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveMechanical maintenance experience in FMCG or food productionHands-on knowledge of pumps, valves, gearboxes, and bearingsBasic electrical skills and fault-finding abilityCalm under pressure with strong teamwork and problem-solving skillsDesirable SkillsMechanical Apprenticeship or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working with automated conveyors and picking/packing equipmentBackground in fresh food production (a plus, but not essential)Benefits Include21.5 days holidayExcellent employer pension contributionIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please get in touch with us or apply below.
