Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Central Belt (between Glasgow and Edinburgh) Salary: to £45,000+ Overtime Available Van + Fuel Card Excellent Benefits A leading technical services and facilities maintenance provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical / HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join their Central Belt team, covering commercial and leisure sites between Glasgow and Edinburgh. The Role Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on Mechanical and HVAC plant and equipment Service and repair AHUs, FCUs, pumps, belts, filters, and expansion vessels Conduct tap and temperature testing Perform general plumbing maintenance (toilets, taps, sanitary ware) Complete site walkarounds and maintenance reports Experience Required Proven Mechanical / HVAC Building Services maintenance background Basic electrical knowledge preferred SVQ / City and Guilds in Mechanical or Plumbing (or equivalent) Strong client-facing and communication skills Must be based between Glasgow and Edinburgh What s On Offer up to £45,000+ basic salary (based on 40-hour week) Excellent overtime rates (time and half and double time) 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension (3% employee / 5% employer) Private medical insurance and death in service On-call and standby allowance with enhanced rates Van, fuel card, uniform, calibrated tools, and mobile provided Ongoing training and real career progression opportunities This is a strong opportunity fo
