HR Data Analyst Leeds - hybrid Permanent Summary We are seeking a strategic and detail-focused HR Data Analyst to enhance how we capture, manage, and use people data. This role is pivotal in ensuring that HR data is accurate, compliant, and insightful which will be supporting both legislative requirements and business decision-making. You will take the lead in designing a fit-for-purpose suite of reports and dashboards, improving data accessibility for employees and managers, and uncovering and communicating trends that shape our people strategy.
