Leading a team of approximately 12–14 people, including FPandA, the role oversees both commercial finance and financial planning activities, ensuring high-quality insight and analysis to enable business growth and transformation.Key responsibilities include:Acting as a senior business partner to commercial, sales, marketing, and executive leadership teamsProviding strategic financial insight and analysis to inform decision-making and commercial strategyLeading the global FPandA function, ensuring robust forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processesOverseeing performance analysis, commercial modelling, and pricing support across global marketsDeveloping and refining reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to improve commercial outcomesSupporting significant investment appraisal activity, particularly around increased marketing spend and digital initiativesPlaying an integral role in transformation initiatives, including systems implementations and process improvementsDriving financial analysis and insight across eCommerce and digital marketing channels, including ROI analysis for campaigns and digital investmentsManaging, mentoring, and developing a high-performing global finance teamIdentifying and driving opportunities for sustainable growth, operational efficiencies, and value creationThis is a senior leadership role well-suited to an individual seeking a long-term career within a business poised for continued growth and transformation. It offers significant scope to influence the company’s future success and work in an environment where finance is a true partner to the commercial and digital agenda.The Candidate10–15 years of experience in senior commercial finance roles, ideally within FMCG or consumer goodsStrong experience partnering with marketing and commercial teams, particularly around investment appraisal and ROI analysisHigh level of literacy and commercial understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing channels, and digital business modelsExposure to businesses with premium or high-end product ranges, and understanding of brand equity driversDemonstrated leadership of both commercial finance and FPandA teamsStrong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at executive levelExcellent analytical and financial modelling skillsTrack record of operating effectively in fast-paced, evolving environmentsHands-on approach, with a commercial and strategic mindsetQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)Experience working in private equity-backed businessesExposure to major IT systems upgrades and/or business transformationsInternational experience in multi-market operationsRemunerationA competitive basic salary, complemented by a significant bonus structure linked directly to the company’s growth and performance.
