There are several upcoming projects all in the West Kent area, ranging from a 20 - 50-unit mixture of houses and flats - All Ha/partnership schemes. Your new role You will play a key role in the commercial management of projects. You will be responsible for preparing BOQs, PPQs, and JCT 2024 contracts, managing monthly applications, issuing purchase orders, and delivering comprehensive reporting to the Commercial Manager.You''ll present CVRs to the board alongside the project team, provide contractual support to the site team, and ensure contractual obligations are met throughout the build.
