Parking on site.We re looking for a proactive and hands-on Skilled Labourer Maintenance to join a vibrant residential building in Leeds. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the estate, helping to deliver an outstanding living experience for the residents.You ll be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.Duties: Carry out general repairs of apartments to include basic plumbingMaintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the estate, including communal areas and external groundsSupport both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesAssist with end-of-tenancy apartment turnarounds, including redecoratingConduct regular inspections of flats and communal areasComplete building patrols and ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard Requirements: Proven Maintenance/Handyman/Trade/Skilled Labourer experienceStrong practical skills across general maintenance disciplinesAbility to work independently and manage your workload effectivelyStrong communication skills, both written and verbal There could be a potential for a permanent role.(ritzrecempbus)
