Job Purpose: A field-based role to support the Operations and Commercial Departments, visiting sites and inspecting houses in readiness for fitting flooring. This includes measuring and recording the dimension of rooms completing pre-fitting site inspection survey and obtaining sign offs for works completed for invoicing. Key Responsibilities - to be conducted in line with company best practice, process systems and procedures manuals. Main Duties include: 1. Visiting building sites and inspecting houses to check for readiness for fitting. 2. Measuring and recording the dimensions of rooms and completing pre-fitting site inspection surveys. 3. Required to go to sites and deliver materials. 4. Ensure that Sign Off Sheet are obtained for each property to facilitate invoicing process. 5. Ensuring all completed paperwork is returned to the relevant department at the office (Operations/Commercial) and the office are also notified promptly if there are any issues. 6. Must strictly comply with all HandS risk and method statements. 7. Any other reasonable tasks asked of you by the Operations Manager. 8. To cover and help with other roles within the company when required.
