Legal Risk Manager, Portsmouth + hybrid workingCompetitive Salary + Bonus scheme and BenefitsWorking as part of the Legal and Compliance team, reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible for:Role overview: Developing, maintaining and monitoring the business s Risk Management Strategy and Framework including Risk Appetite and alignment with the Mid-Term Business PlanMaintaining the Risk Management Policies ensuring they are aligned to Risk Strategy and Shareholder Guidelines.Developing and managing Key Risk Indicators on existing and new products and services.Contributing to an effective risk and compliance culture and delivering training to key stakeholders.Assisting the business to identify all risks within the business and escalating where appropriate, including refining risk capture processes and taking responsibility of the Enterprise Risk Register.Assisting with the Compliance Monitoring Programme.Ensuring that action plans are in place for remediation and mitigation of key risks identified throughout the risk and compliance monitoring processes Experience and Skills required Experience of working with risk management frameworks is keyExperience in working as part of a high performing team to deliver successful risk management outcomes.Understanding of the financial services industry and the leasing market would be an advantage.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate (in both written and verbal forms) and engage in debate on co
