This is a great opportunity for someone who values autonomy, enjoys a supportive working environment, and is confident managing a varied Private Client caseload from day one.The RoleYou will be joining a small and collaborative department at a key point in its development. The firm is keen to appoint a full time fee earner to complement the existing part time lawyers and help strengthen the overall Private Client offering.The caseload will include:• Wills, Trusts and Probate matters• Trust work, including vulnerable person trusts (set up only - no trust administration)• Standard estate administration, including some high net worth estates• Lasting Powers of Attorney• Drafting wills confidently and independentlyTo support efficiency and allow you to focus on technical work and client care, file opening is handled by the administrative team.The firm is looking for:• A Solicitor with 5+ years'' PQE (or equivalent) in Private Client work• Strong technical capability across core Private Client matters• Confidence to work independently with minimal supervision• A warm, personable and client focused approach• A team oriented mindset, suited to a supportive, family feel environment• A following would be advantageous, but is not essentialWorki
