If you''re an experienced teacher who is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that are tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure each student is supported to reach their full potential. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn. Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed. Foster students'' social, emotional, and academic development through targeted interventions and support. Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem in students with a wide range of special educational needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.Requirements: Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) status, with experience teaching in a school environment (experience in SEN settings is highly desirable).
