A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a growing business based in Twyford, Berkshire. The Operations Coordinator will coordinate suppliers, schedules and materials, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard from initial order through to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys taking ownership of processes from start to finish. This is an office based role in a countryside location so being a driver is essential. Our client will consider full or part time hours (min of 20/25 hours across 5 days) for this role offering a salary of up to £32,000 (FTE) dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities for the Operations Coordinator role are: Coordinate the end-to-end production and delivery process for customer orders Order, track and manage materials and components Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality, accuracy and timely deliveries Coordinate schedules and manage project timelines Maintain accurate records and monitor outstanding orders Proactively identify and resolve operational issues Skills required for the Operations Coordinator role are: Tenacious and proactive, with a determination to see tasks through to completion A natural "phone-first" communicator, confident building relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challen
