Senior Contracts Manager – Facade/Cladding at Premises Recruitment Ltd. Projects in Leeds, Nottingham and Sheffield. The company is a well-established facade-led main contractor with ongoing growth and a strong staff-focused culture. HQ is in Hampshire with UK-wide project activity.Responsibilities

Oversee and manage contracts from pre-construction through to completion.Lead project teams across multiple sites, ensuring quality and compliance.Develop and manage project programmes (strong emphasis on programming).Mitigate risks and manage budgets effectively.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.Apply proven contract and project management techniques with technical proficiency and commercial awareness for site-based activities.Requirements / Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in envelope cladding and façade systems.Experience in contracting and project management within facade/cladding environments.Project Details and Travel

Projects based across the Midlands and Yorkshire with fortnightly visits to the HQ in Southern England.Primary projects for the next 18–24 months.Company and How to Apply
