This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys on a variety of domestic and commercial propertiesUndertake all forms of PCM air testing, including four-stage clearance proceduresProduce clear, accurate, and timely reports in line with current industry regulationsWork safely and in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and best practicesProvide professional, high-quality service to clients across all levelsEssential Qualifications and Skills:Full UK Driving LicenseBOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos SurveyingDesirable Qualifications:BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance ProceduresWe are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
