Your Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you''ll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment:
- Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning.
- Pupil Champion: Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
- Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil.

What We''re Looking For

- GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above).
- A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
