This role involves assisting a Partner with commercial property transactions and progressing to handle your own transactions under supervision. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and confidentiality while actively promoting the firm''s ethos and engaging in marketing initiatives.Day-to-day of the role:Assist in all matters relating to the successful progression of commercial property transactions.Review leases and supplemental documents when acting for tenants.Draft leases and supplemental documents for landlord clients.Prepare draft reports on title, contracts, and leases.Liaise with clients to progress transactions.Under the Partner''s guidance, maintain the precedent bank and create workflows on the firm''s case management system.Oversee submission of searches, registration, and file closure, in collaboration with the department''s administration assistant.Participate in online marketing initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on commercial property.Experience in handling or assisting with commercial property transactions.Ability to work under supervision and progress to managing own transactions.Strong drafting and client communicati
