Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pmDay to day duties will include: Integrating in to the operations of our client site and being the face of KPI Recruiting ltd.Working with the client to understand the labour forecasting and critical fluctuationsLiaising with the KPI Recruiting resourcing teamsComplete inductions and training for temporary employees within the sites agreed processEvaluate and improve induction processes as and when neededOversee and support the onboarding process for temporary staffConduct regular check-ins with temporary staffArrange and lead engagement events for our temporary employees and clientSupervising temporary employees, monitoring time keeping and attendanceCoaching and guiding our temporary workers What would we like to see from you?
