Operations Manager
Manpower are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive professional to support operational activities, governance processes, and project coordination within a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexible hybrid working and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to support reporting, operational planning, and governance activities. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal operational processes and governance activitiesOrganise and schedule meetings, including coordinating membership and attendance where requiredSupport project management activities across multiple initiativesAssist with operational reviews including email tenancy reviews and access checksConduct SWOT analysis and support strategic planning activitiesPrepare reports, updates, and operational documentation for senior stakeholdersMonitor progress of operational plans and ensure deadlines are metSupport wider team coordination and communication across departmentsAbout YouHighly organised with strong coordination and administrative skillsExperience supporting projects, operations, or governance processesComfortable preparing reports and analysing operational informationStrong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholdersConfident managing multiple priorities and deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Manpower are currently rec
