We''re seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team for a residential development in Stansted. The project involves first and second fix plumbing across 10 new-build properties, integrating both air source heat pumps and traditional central heating systems.
Responsibilities:

• Complete first and second fix plumbing installations
• Install and commission air source heat pumps
• Fit central heating systems including radiators, cylinders, and pipework
• Work from technical drawings and site plans
• Collaborate with site managers and other trades

Requirements:

• Proven experience in new-build plumbing (previous experience preferred)
• Familiarity with renewable heating systems
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (Preferred)
• CSCS card (preferred)
• Own tools and transport
