Would you like to strategically lead the management, development and governance of CAF America portfolio of products and services with a particular focus on our core audiences of high net asset individuals, corporate and corporate foundations and charities / social purpose organisations.We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our product team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).What you’ll doAt CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Senior Product Manager you too will play an integral part in what we do.The newly created position, within the CAF group’s robust product team based in the UK will work closely with the CAF America Executive to shape, define, and align the North American product strategy. The Senior Product Manager will serve as the internal product team’s subject matter expert on US market trends, analysing client feedback, and leading product development to ensure our offerings remain current, adaptable, financially sustainable, and aligned with the expectations of our donors and charity partners.As our Senior Product Manager, you will:Create a product strategy and vision for CAF America products and servicesDevelop and maintain a clear product development roadmapBe an expert on product knowledge and U.S philanthropic landscape, including market trendsLead on product pricing and cost to serveManage risk and regulations within CAF America productsWho you’ll beThis role is for you if you have experience of working within US Marketsor have relevant product skills and are keen to make a difference to society.We are looking for:Experience of developing and delivering product strategies and plansCreating customer propositions, go to market strategies and deliveryProven experience in product management, ideally within the philanthropic, nonprofit, or financial sectors.Strong understanding of U.S. philanthropy and the nonprofit sector, including donor behaviour and market trends.Ability to create complex pricing models that drive solid customer pricing decisionsAbout CAFAt Charities Aid Foundation we accelerate social progress by providing essential connections between donors, charities and communities.We safeguard and deliver vital donations, offer expert advisory services and financial products to donors and charities, and provide tailored charity banking through our award-winning bank CAF Bank.Our purpose is to enable a better landscape for giving and a fair and sustainable future for all.If you are interested in joining us as our Senior Product Manager, CAF America and being part of an organisation who are people focused and are “Together Building Opportunity” please click on the apply button and you will be redirected to CAF jobs portal where you can find out more about the position and apply.We would love to hear from you!Job Reference: GD105Seniority level
