Project Manager
Salary: -34,000 - -35,000
Structure: Hybrid 2-3 days

We are excited to be recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a large grocery retailer in Leeds Centre. The role offers a good level of variety, from supporting large-scale brand updates to implementing regulatory changes and coordinating ongoing range activity across multiple categories.

This role focuses on coordinating projects from brief through to launch, ensuring timelines are met and activity progresses smoothly through each stage of the critical path. You will work with a broad mix of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners such as design and artwork agencies, helping to bring products to market efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of own-brand product activity, ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage multiple projects through established processes and critical paths
• Monitor progress and highlight risks or delays, keeping activity on track
• Run regular check-ins with stakeholders to review timelines and next steps
• Ensure all activity aligns with internal processes and compliance requirements
• Work closely with external agency partners to maintain quality and consistency
• Support colleagues across the business in understanding and following processes

Skills & Experience

• Clear and confident communicator, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Comfortable challenging timelines and holding others accountable where needed
• Collaborative approach with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Able to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good working knowledge of Excel
