An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative HR team within a fast-paced organisation, based in Hertfordshire.Reporting into the HR Business Partner and supporting a wider HR team of 8 professionals, this role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 500 employees.This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of HR activities, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their HR career in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating and administering employee lifecycle activities including internal moves, changes to working patterns, family leave and other employee changesManaging and co-ordinating the onboarding and offboarding processSupporting and preparing induction programmes for new employeesAssisting with HR reporting and metrics, providing data and insights to support decisions Administering employee recognition programmes Coordinating health, lifestyle and wellbeing services including occupational health, health checks and wellbeing initiativesFirst point of contact for HR-related queries alongside the HR ApprenticeProviding general HR administration and support to the wider HR teamAbout You:Previous HR expe
