We’re working with Falconer School, a specialist SEMH secondary school in Bushey, to find a committed SEN Teacher who can deliver tailored education to students with complex needs. If you''re confident, patient, and have strong behaviour management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Small class sizes with additional support staff

• Teach small groups of secondary-age students with SEMH diagnoses

• Deliver lessons that follow personalised education plans

• Foster positive behaviour and encourage emotional regulation

• Work closely with TAs, therapists, and support staff

• Track progress and adapt your teaching approach where needed

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) – essential

• Proven experience working with children with SEMH or similar needs

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students

• A calm, consistent and compassionate approach
