Senior Project Manager
in the Development Partnerships Team. You will be working on one of our high-profile estate regeneration projects, leading across all key workstreams to deliver the regeneration objectives.How You’ll Do ItYou will play a lead role in the project and be responsible for producing phasing and delivery strategies; carrying out financial appraisals and maintaining financial models to ensure viability and support investment decisions; land assembly; stakeholder engagement; design and planning; procuring and delivering demolition, enabling and main works contracts.You will be personally committed to the enormous difference that successful regeneration can make to our residents and communities. At the heart of this is delivering high quality homes, and you will be able to demonstrate your experience and commercial awareness of managing complex regeneration projects from planning to handover, achieving successful outcomes for NHG and our customers.We will give you real ownership and accountability, and the opportunity to stamp your mark and to make a real difference. You should be a confident communicator, who enjoys working with and motivating people, negotiating with Local Authorities, developers, consultants and contractors as appropriate to the role. Experience of delivering complex regeneration projects is vital for this roleProficient in negotiating successful commercial outcomesExperienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex development projectsGood understanding of grant funding requirementsExperienced in presenting to internal and external committees and forumsStrong understanding of project management principles and risk analysisProficiency in IT tools including Outlook, Word, and ExcelCompetence in financial appraisal tools such as PamwinDesirable
Relevant Project Management qualification desirableCompetence in ARGUS DeveloperProgramme management skillsHybrid arrangements
Hybrid arrangements – at least three days a week in an office or in a community/site based/partnership setting. On other days, working from home may be possible, depending on the work needed and the interaction required.What’s in it for you?
