It''s a hands-on leadership position where you''ll take full responsibility for facilities, maintenance, compliance, and infrastructure across a busy Head Office, yard, and operational site. From preventative maintenance planning to refurbishment projects, from water and solar metering oversight to MHE/FLT management systems - you''ll be at the heart of operational excellence. Reporting directly to the HSQE Manager and Senior Management Team, you''ll play a key role in protecting infrastructure, driving improvements, and maintaining compliance across the board.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all building systems and services across HQ, yard, and siteDrive and manage preventative maintenance programmesLead refurbishment and improvement projects, managing contractors and suppliersEnsure full compliance with Health and Sa
