We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Agent to join our client''s UK HQ in fantastic offices based in Marlow.As a Customer Services Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from order through to delivery and after-sales support.We are looking for someone with experience working for a company that sells a product who has dealt with returns, deliveries, etc.£26k plus excellent benefits, hybrid working, 9am - 5pm.Duties includeManage customer enquiries via telephone and digital channels using CRM and contact centre systemsProcess and manage customer orders Respond promptly and efficiently to general and order-specific enquiriesHandle returns and refunds, ensuring all systems are accurately updatedSupport customers with order tracking and delivery updatesManage complaints professionally, resolving issues or escalating when requiredAccurately log all customer interactions and actions within the CRM systemCollaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and After Sales SupportSkills/ExperiencePrevious experience within a customer service role selling a product (essential)Experience using CRM systemsGood understanding of Consumer Rights Act and Distance Selling RegulationsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenConfident handling challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathyHigh level of accuracy with strong data entry and
