Dentists and vets are well positioned to benefit due to the strong, recurring relationships with patientsToday, we support over 5,000 dental practices across the UK. 100 more join our platform every month. Tabeo is the dominant market leader for patient finance and seeks to be the same for plans in 3 years.Tabeo is profitable. We seek to grow revenue by 50-60% per year and top £30 million per year in 2028.We believe in a remote first approach to work and equip teams with perks and tools so they can thrive. We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our growing engineering function. This is a key role focused on aligning engineering squads, streamlining delivery, and scaling our operations as we grow from two to three squads and beyond in 2026.As the first dedicated delivery hire, you will set the bar for delivery excellence, bring clarity to team priorities, and help engineers and product managers move faster with confidence.Here are the key areas where you’ll make an impact:Delivery enablement: Ensure engineering teams have the structure, processes, and support to deliver predictably and effectivelyPlanning and execution: Partner with engineering leads and product managers to drive planning, execution, and roadmap clarityProcess design and facilitation: Define and continuously improve rituals like stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, and team ceremonies across squadsRisk and dependency management: Identify and communicate blockers and cross-team dependencies early and oftenCommunication: Improve transparency across engineering, product, and business stakeholders through clear reporting and shared visibilityMetrics: Define and track delivery KPIs (velocity, lead time, throughput) to inform improvementsAlignment: Ensure the right things are being worked on at the right time, and escalate misalignments earlyCoaching: Elevate the delivery maturity of the organisation by mentoring teams on agile principles and lean executionScalability: Build systems and playbooks that scale as we double the size of the engineering functionInterview process
