Head of Operations £65,000 to £75,000 Derbyshire Multi-site Role Manufacturing / Production SectorAre you an experienced operations leader looking for a role with real impact and future growth?We re recruiting a Head of Operations for a thriving, forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work and ambitious plans. This is a pivotal role, managing a sizeable and dynamic team across across two Derbyshire based sites and helping shape the next phase of the company s growth.You ll lead a workforce of around 100 people through a handful of direct reports, and we are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships across the business.Key responsibilities:Overseeing all operational activity across the businessManaging teams across Production, Supply Chain, Administration and MaintenanceDriving efficiency and supporting growth in line with the business s strong commercial pipelineBuilding strong working relationships and becoming a key player in the Senior Leadership Team This role would suit someone from a manufacturing or production background who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused leadership role.
