This role involves preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and ensuring the site remains operational and compliant with safety and performance standards. You''ll be part of a team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Mechanical and Electrical (Mandamp;E) systems and other essential technical infrastructure within the data centre. Key Responsibilities Perform daily inspections and scheduled preventative maintenance across Mechanical and Electrical systems. Monitor and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and perform emergency repairs as needed. Work with third-party vendors to ensure work complies with relevant processes, standards, and safety protocols. Monitor and record readings from UPS systems, PDUs, and other utilities. Execute both planned and reactive maintenance tasks according to established procedures. Identify and resolve minor facility faults and escalate complex issues as required. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and participate in regular quality and safety audits. Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
