Join BT as a Senior Manager, Case. You will lead the People Relations (PR) Case Function, overseeing Tier 2 and Tier 3 Specialist Hubs to deliver a best-in-class service. You will manage a team of PR Specialists and Professionals, ensuring that case management is values-driven and inclusion-focused, approaching People Relations matters with fairness, consistency, and a human-centric, commercial, and risk-managed perspective.Your teams will provide advisory and case management solutions, support unique cases while also working on insights and prevention. They will feed subject matter expertise into activities that enhance the colleague experience and improve business performance. Data and insights will be crucial to your role. You will cascade information through strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, integrating it into escalation pathways and continuous improvement of processes, policies, and products.Responsibilities

Lead the People Relations (PR) Case Function, overseeing Tier 2 and Tier 3 Specialist Hubs to deliver a best-in-class service.Manage a team of PR Specialists and Professionals; ensure case management is values-driven, inclusion-focused, fair, consistent, and risk-managed.Provide advisory and case management solutions, support unique cases, and drive insights and preventive activities.Contribute subject matter expertise to initiatives that enhance the colleague experience and improve business performance.Utilise data and insights, establish escalation pathways, and drive continuous process, policy, and product improvements.Skills and Experience You’ll Need

Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing employee relations team, with extensive skills in managing, supporting, and influencing peopleDeep knowledge of case-related ER practices and policiesStrong influencing and negotiating skills at all levelsAble to remain calm under pressure with a growth and outcome-focused mindsetExperience of leading case teams through changeExperience working with employment law and compliance aspects of ERProficiency in developing and managing dashboards and performance metricsStrong logical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong skills in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint, with the ability to present with influence, both virtually and in person15% on target bonusHealth CareFrom January 2025, equal family leave: receive 18 weeks at full pay, 8 weeks at half pay and 26 weeks at the statutory rate.
