The company produces specialist high-performance products used across a range of commercial and public environments and is known for its focus on quality, innovation and continuous improvement.Due to continued investment and development at their Derbyshire manufacturing site, they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team.You will be working within a team of engineers supporting a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability and helping to drive improvements across the site.The RoleThe position involves maintaining a wide range of manufacturing equipment and supporting the site''s shift from reactive maintenance to a more proactive, reliability-focused approach.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance across production equipmentFault finding and diagnosing mechanical issues within manufacturing machinerySupporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiencyConducting routine inspections, servicing and repairs on equipmentEnsuring all maintenance work is carried out in line with health and safety standardsWorking closely with pro
