Resident Support Worker We''re currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Resident Support Workers to join a dedicated supported housing service that provides accommodation and tailored support to adults experiencing homelessness and those with complex needs. The Role As a Resident Support Worker, you will work within a residential setting, supporting residents on a day-to-day basis while promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred support to residents. Encouraging independent living skills and personal development. Supporting residents with daily living tasks where required. Building positive, professional relationships. Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports. Promoting a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
