This 150-cover venue prides itself on delivering rosette-standard menus using locally sourced ingredients to create modern British fayre. You will work closely with the Head Chef and an 8-chef brigade in a family-run business that values creativity, quality, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include:Running the kitchen in collaboration with the Head ChefMaintaining cleanliness, organisation, and high standards within the kitchenAssisting in training and mentoring junior team membersManaging day-to-day operations of any given sectionSupporting menu development and daily specialsEnsuring food quality and consistencyUpholding health and safety requirementsAssisting with ordering, stock control, and menu planningLeading the kitchen in the Head Chef''s absenceCommunicating effectively with Front of House RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurants or gastro pubs and a passion for creating innovative dishes from fresh, locally sourced produce.
