This is a contract position requiring full-time hours, offering a daily rate of £250 to £260.Start date: 1st June Duration: 3-4 monthsJob Duties Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring that the project progresses safely, on time, and within budget.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Manage and review site programmes, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation measures.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies, maintaining site welfare facilities and safe working practises.Monitor material deliveries and stock levels, liaising with suppliers to maintain continuous workflow.Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, site diaries, and progress photographs.Support the Site Manager in resolving any site issues, including technical challenges and resource allocation.Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.Promote a positive working environment fostering teamwork and high performance among site staff.
