Assistant General Manager

We are currently looking for a new Assistant General Manager to join the team here at
The Bell in Langford , as we bid farewell to our current and wonderful AGM, who is off on his travels.
We (Pete and Tom) have 5 Cotswold pubs and one in London. Which have all been really successful with great reviews and awards, including GQ best pub of the year 2022, Times best pub of the year 2022 and a Michelin Bib Gourmand at The Bell which we have held for the last five years.
We are equally (if not more) happy to say we have built teams both FOH and BOH at all sites that have now been with us a long time.We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer and spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game and offal and very little mucking around.. Not a micro herb in sight and
definitely no tweezers.As the Assistant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own, working alongside a supportive General Manager, Georgia.The Bell is not on good public transport links so the candidate would need to be able to get themselves to and from their shifts. You would be comfortable leading a team, be innovative, implementing processes to improve standards.
