As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students'' learning across a range of subjects, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support. You will gain valuable classroom experience while helping students to achieve their full potential.

• Support teaching and learning in the classroom across various subjects
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist in lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Provide targeted support for students who need additional help
• Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment
• Support students with varying abilities, including those with SEN
• Contribute to the wider life of the school where appropriate

• Holds a degree (2:2 or above) in any subject
