Your key responsibilities will include:Designing and delivering a bespoke curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, tailored to the unique needs of children with complex learning and communication needs.Creating a safe, engaging, and sensory-rich classroom environment that encourages curiosity and supports positive behaviour and emotional regulation.Utilising specialist teaching methods such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), Makaton, or other communication aids to help children express themselves and engage in learning.Working collaboratively with a team of skilled teaching assistants and specialist staff, including therapists and support professionals.Conducting ongoing assessments to track pupil progress and adapt your teaching strategies
