Full-Time Teaching Assistant Needed - Immediate Start for the Whole Academic Year
Are you a Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children and have experience with Little Wandle phonic''s scheme?
Monarch Education are the leading agency in the Solihull area and we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP for the entire academic year.
Position Details:
- Role: Year 1 Teaching Assistant
- Location: Solihull
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Full academic year
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:15am - 03:40pm
- Pay Rate: -16.29 - -105.89
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting children within KS1
- Confident knowledge on little Wandle phonic scheme
- Recent experience with special educational needs within an educational or care setting (within the last 2 years that you can reference)
- Ability to implement individualized support plans and behaviours management strategies
- Strong communication skills and patience
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff

- Adaptable and proactive in supporting varied needs
- Committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
- Any relevant qualification''s related to education, childcare or SEND would be admirable
