FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills and Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are looking for multiple BDM''s to join an established provider, looking to grow across IT, Financial Services and Business Skills. Do you have a passion for building relationships with people and like a target to keep you focused? Then we want to chat to you! The primary responsibility of this role is to strategically promote and sell apprenticeship solutions to employers, fostering long-term relationships with across sectors such as Business Skills, Financial Services and Tech/ Digital. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and an understanding of the Skills and Learning space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify clients and qualify potential opportunities. Build a pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, proactively identifying opportunities for a talent pool of candidates. Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of apprenticeships solutions to clients based on upskilling talent and helping to build a workforce. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities and client interactions.
