The FirmOur client, a leading London law firm are seeking a Junior Legal Secretary to support the Employment team in their City of London office.The OpportunityThe successful Junior Legal Secretary will provide business support and administrative assistance to the firm''s Employment department. You will need to be an effective communicator, have excellent attention to detail and have a positive attitude. This role will suit someone who is keen to learn, and who wants to kick start their Legal Secretary/PA career! Duties to include:Assisting with archiving and data storageProcessing of documentsBuilding and maintaining lists for events and mailingsCompleting expensesBooking taxis, couriers, meeting rooms and other similar requestsOpening filesProducing reports from the system, such as WIP and client informationProcessing of documents and sending out correspondence such as engagement letters and billsScanning and distributing postVarious admin duties such as binding, scanning, copying and file creatingAnswer internal phone queries, responding as needed or passing on messages in a timely mannerMonitoring post and emailsThis Junior Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pmRequirementsA minimum of 1 years'' administration experience within a law firmExperience supporting an Employment team (desirable)CILEX qualification (desirable)Vacancy HighlightsHybrid workingExcellent benefits packageTo be considered for this opportunity p
