These opportunities come with an option of progressing onto contract with the right school.As a Youth Mental Health Support Worker, you will be involved in not only supporting pupils within the classroom but will also be comfortable with running activities with the pupil/s outside the classroom as well. Alongside the class teacher, you will also provide support with ensuring the right support is in place for the students.This position is on a full time basis and full support and guidance will be given. There will also be opportunities to complete additional training whilst in the role.This would be a great opportunity for someone that has experience supporting pupils in school or an alternative setting but we will also be considering people without this experience.
