Band 4 Administration Assistration required in Knockbracken Your new company A Public Sector Organisation based in Knockbracken, a vital part of the health and social care system, delivering emergency and non-emergency services across Northern Ireland.Your new role As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Fleet and Estate team, with a primary focus on uniform procurement, stock control, and distribution. You''ll liaise with contractors and suppliers, maintain inventory systems, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures. The role also includes general administrative support for Fleet and Estate operations. Provide day-to-day administrative support, including drafting correspondence, reports, and handling calls.Manage communications with uniform contractors and service providers.Process requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.Coordinate uniform distribution and returns.Maintain databases and filing systems related to uniforms and estate work.Support procurement processes and liaise with Regional Supplies.What you''ll need to succeed 3 years'' experience at HCO (Grade 3) level.2 years'' word processing experience and 1 year working with spreadsheets/databases.5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent).Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day rota, including potential on-call or shift duties.What you''ll get in return £13.67 per hour Immed
