Commercial Manager- London- 2 yr Commercial Cut & Carve project with tier 1 main contractor.

•    PCSA has just finished/just entering contract/recently started on site
•    Project will run for circa 18 months to 2 years
•    Will be running a team of 2-3 QS’s and reporting into a Senior Commercial              Manager 
 

The Commercial Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects through strong commercial leadership. The role manages cost and value, contract negotiation, financial reporting, risk management and dispute resolution. Working closely with the project team, the Commercial Manager ensures commercial governance, develops staff capability and maintains positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.  Must have JCT experience
